For guests

If you only take part in an event as a guest, through the camera link or the Wallense Camera app, you never pay anything and nothing is unlocked by a payment. What a guest can do at an event is set by the host of that event.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Wallense only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content uploaded under your event or account.

Wallense has zero tolerance for abusive, hateful, illegal or sexually explicit content, and for content that shows people who have asked for it to be removed. Hosts can hide any photo from the event screen and gallery at any time. We review reports and remove content that breaks these rules, and we may restrict events or accounts that repeatedly do. To report a photo, write to us through the guest help page.

2. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the photos you upload. Wallense retains ownership of its platform, logos, and technology infrastructure.

3. Payments & Cancellations

Event credits and subscriptions are processed via Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

Wallense is provided "as is". We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from platform downtime or data loss.
